Not at all. Most of our clients have little or no experience with AI tools before they speak with us. The first session is specifically designed for newcomers — we explain things in everyday language and go at the speed that feels right for you.
What kinds of businesses do you usually work with?
We mainly work with small businesses across Kedah — retail shops, small manufacturers, service providers, family-run operations, and similar enterprises. If you have a team of somewhere between 2 and 30 people and you're wondering where AI might fit in, we're likely a good match.
How long does the first conversation take?
Typically between 60 and 90 minutes. There is no strict agenda — we follow the conversation wherever it is useful. You will receive a short written note afterwards summarising what we discussed and any ideas that came up.
What does the Hands-On Setup Sprint involve day to day?
We pick one tool together that addresses something in your current workflow. We then configure it, show your team how to use it, and check in a few times over the month to iron out any questions. We also leave a short written guide your staff can refer to later without needing to call us.
Can I pause the Advisory Partnership if things get busy?
Yes. We prefer clients who continue because the arrangement is genuinely useful, not because they feel obligated. If you need to pause for a month or two, or reduce the scope, we work that out together without difficulty.
Are the fees listed all-inclusive?
The fees cover our consulting time and any guides or materials we prepare for you. If a third-party software subscription is required, that is a separate cost we will explain clearly before anything is purchased — we never commit you to additional spending without your agreement first.
