How Harmoni Came to Be
Harmoni was founded in Alor Setar by a small team who had spent years working in technology and watching small businesses struggle to use it well. The problem was rarely capability — most owners were perfectly capable — but almost always confidence and context. Without a patient guide, the first step never happened.
We set up in Kedah deliberately. There are many capable consultancies in Kuala Lumpur, but small businesses here deserve advice that takes their situation seriously: the size of their team, the flow of trade in this region, and the pace that genuinely works for a family business or a growing shop.
The name Harmoni reflects what we are looking for in every engagement — a balance between what technology can offer and what your business actually needs. We are not trying to be the most sophisticated consultancy. We are trying to be the one that works for you.
