A gentle first session designed for Kedah small business owners who are curious about AI but have little or no prior experience with it. We listen to how your work runs today — the tasks, the rhythms, the points of friction — and then point to a handful of simple ideas that might ease routine work. You leave with a short, plain-language written note summarising what we covered, to review at home without any pressure to take it further.
This is the right starting point if you are not sure whether AI has anything to offer your kind of business. Many clients come in sceptical and leave simply better informed — which is a worthwhile outcome in itself.

Hands-On Setup Sprint
A practical package for small business teams that have identified a clear area where AI could help and are ready to try one tool properly. Over approximately one month, we set the tool up with your team — not for your team — leave short written guides for everyday use, and remain available for follow-up questions as staff settle in. We keep the change manageable and allow your team to set the pace of adoption.
This service works best when the business already has some sense of the task they want to improve — reducing time spent on customer replies, drafting routine documents faster, organising inventory records, and similar day-to-day activities.

Ongoing Advisory Partnership
A continuing relationship for business owners who want a familiar advisor available over several months. The scope includes scheduled review calls, considered recommendations as your needs shift over time, and small refinements to keep the tools you are already using working well. The engagement is shaped with you from the beginning, and you may pause or adjust it at any point — by mutual agreement with a simple message.
This service suits owners who have begun using AI tools and find value in having someone who knows their business to consult as things evolve. It is not a retainer for crisis support — it is a structured, unhurried relationship that develops alongside your business.
